To be the 100% Efficient LOM President is to have given your best and to have achieved the Minimum Standards of Performance. Please go through the Criteria for 100% Efficiency Status and prepare yourself for achieving the same. YOU CAN DO IT!!!

CRITERIA FOR LOM 100% EFFICIENCY STATUS – 2008

1. JCI India membership fees with name, addresses and ID number Dispatched by Regd. AD or Speed Post as per format on or before Feb. 10th & Aug 10th OR March 10th & Sept. 10th
2. Specimen Signature Cards along with photographs of Chapter President sent by Regd. Post with A/D to NHQ before 15th June
3. Accounts of 2007 dispatched to NS by Regd. A.D. on or before 10th April
4. All monthly Reporting Formats with Minimum one activity photograph in original dispatched to NHQ & copies sent to ZP / ZVP / Zone Director (Mgmt.) 10th of next month.
5. National Programme-Empowering Youth to be organized 2 Projects
6. Membership Growth (Bench Mark): Growth in terms of average membership or last year 2nd half, whichever is higher. 5% or 3 members whichever is higher growth in each half OR one Chapter extension with retention OR retention for LOMs having more than 50 members
7. Participation in LOTS, RC, ZC, Mr. Chairman, Presidential Academy, R2R meet & Registration at NATCON All the Seven
8. Hold election and send directory information Sheet by Regd. A.D. to NHQ Before 31st October
9. Chapter organizes meeting one GB or one CGB Agenda to be sent to NHQ One GB & one CGB meeting along with MRF (Every Month)
10. Contribution of Rs. 2000 to JCI India Foundation
11. Organize training Programme as suggested by Training Area Plan of Action.
Minimum Three
12. Active Special Status Jaycerette Wing and Junior Jaycees wing wherever applicable:
13. Organize or participate in any one Business training Programme / Project.

Note: (i) Participation and presence in events specified at serial No. 7 to be certified by ZP only.
(ii) The criterion is applicable only to LOM’s who have sent their dues in time.
