Dear President,
Thank you for reposing faith in my ability to serve as a Zone Vice President of Zone XI for the year 2008.
You, as a leader, have gained valuable experience of leading a vibrant chapter. Your insights into the strengths and areas of concern in your chapter will be the valuable lessons that we would like to learn to be of better service to your chapter.
You are the guiding light of your successors. We are confident that you have enthusiastic members all eager to accept the challenge of leadership for 2008 and thereafter. In case the Chapter Elections have taken place, we would be eager to receive a list of the Chapter Governing Board for 2008. In case the elections are yet to take place, please get in touch with your Immediate Past President who will be the Nomination Committee Chairperson for the elections and request him/her to send urgently the Election Notice with a Nomination Paper to the Active Members.
Installation of the President Elect needs to be scheduled in consultation with the Zone President. Please get in touch with the Zone President regarding the same.
National Conference is an event that we all look forward to. I trust you will motivate all members from your chapter to attend the Natcon. This year we have a National President Candidate from Zone XI – Jc Anthony Noronha (of JCI Colva). Let us display our solidarity to ensure his victory for it would be an honor to have National President from Zone XI [especially during the year when JCI India will host World Congress].
We look forward to your continued active involvement to enable our organization to be of better service to its members. Your critical observations and suggestions will be always welcome.
