MRF
Dear LOM President,
Monthly Reporting Format needs to be filled and sent on or before the 10th of every month. You are requested to sent your MRF alongwith Activity Sheet and photos of activities conducted from the current bidding year. You will get the MRF and the format of the Activity Sheet in the SUCCESS Manual that your IPP has.
The MRF and the Activity Sheet and the photographs will be vital at the time of your bidding for awards. You also need to work towards achieving 100% Efficiency which is awarded for fulfilling overall management quality standards.
Your IPP is your guide. Please take his/her assistance in this regard.
