CHECKLIST FOR SUCCESS
Dear LOM President,
LOTS 2008 of JCI India Zone XI hosted by JCI Usgaon Tisk at Hotel Atish between 19th & 20th January 2008 was a success. Thanks to the Head Coach Past Secretary General of JCI India Jc HGF Elston Pimenta and the Eminent Faculty Team consisting of Past EVP JFM Sudesh Borkar, PZP Santosh Desai, PZP Sadashiv Shirsat, PZP Babaji Sawant, PZVP Neeraj Aguiar, PZO Sushant Surlakar, PZO Amol Kamat.
After adding to the stock of our existing knowledge; after polishing our leadership skills, team working skills, communication skills & people skills; we are now positively prepared to BE BETTER.
It is unfortunate that some of our LOM Presidents & LOM Officers could not attend the LOTS. I am sure they must have had more urgent matters to take care of. I, for my part, missed their enthusiastic presence and lovely company. And yet I am sure that they will make it their responsibility to make up for the enriching experience of LOTS. The BE BETTER CD distributed to the LOM Presidents will, undoubtedly prove to be useful to every Jaycee. Please ensure that you have got a copy of the CD. The first project that I want you to undertake after receiving this letter is that of making and distributing copies of the BE BETTER CD to every member of your LOM. It will prove to be an investment for a better tomorrow.

# Who will be attending the ASPAC [Asia Pacific JCI Conference] at Busan Korea in 2008?
# How many members of your LOM have registered for World Congress to be held at Delhi?
# 100% Efficiency Status is awarded to a LOM for fulfilling the MINIMUM STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE. WON’T YOU ACHIEVE THE SAME AND BE PROUD OF BEING BETTER?
Be a Visionary with feet planted firmly on the ground. Don’t just delegate responsibilities to members, Empower them so that they will challenge all limitations and consequently surpass our expectations. Remember, Leading by Example is one of the best ways of winning the respect of your team. People will judge you not by your intentions but by your actions. PUT YOUR HEART INTO EVERYTHING YOU DO AND YOU WILL BE SURPRISED WITH THE RESULTS YOU WILL ACHIEVE.
